Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

 
Subscriptions

Thank you for choosing to subscribe with us! Please review the following subscription terms before completing your purchase:

1. Subscription Commitment

By subscribing, you agree to a minimum of two (2) subscription orders before cancellation is permitted. This helps us ensure consistent supply and allows us to offer subscription discounts and benefits.

2. Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are automatically billed to your selected payment method on the schedule you choose (e.g., monthly, every 6 weeks, etc.).

The first payment is charged at the time of purchase, and subsequent charges will occur based on your subscription frequency.

3. Order Fulfillment

Your subscription orders will be processed and shipped automatically according to your selected delivery schedule.

You will receive a confirmation email before each order ships.

4. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions cannot be canceled until after your second order has been processed and delivered.

After the second order, you may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime by accessing your account or contacting our support team.

5. Modifications

You may update your delivery frequency, shipping address, or payment information at any time.

Changes must be made at least 5 days before your next scheduled billing date to apply to that cycle.

6. Refunds & Returns

Standard return/refund policies apply to subscription orders.

If a subscription order is canceled before the two-order minimum is met, the subscriber may be charged the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard one-time purchase price.

 
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
